Body MOT’s
This session can include a posture assessment which is beneficial for all sports people, to make sure the relevant muscle groups, that they need for their particular sports, are doing the job they need them to, to their full efficiency.
The session can also include a body scan to asses your fat content, muscle mass, bone density, water content and from all the results we get a metabolic age…the age at which you body is working. This can be particularly motivational for people trying to loose some inches, as often the scales show no weight loss, but if you can see you are loosing fat that then can keep you moving towards your goals. If you are achieving your training goal can also be assessed from these results, and then you training program adjusted accordingly.
