Judith Barrass has 35 years experience in the fitness industry, which included health promotion and wellness.  Since 2006 Sports therapy was added to the portfolio of services.  Previously with Cambridgeshire Constabulary as the Physical Education and Rehabilitation Officer, taking care of officers and staff.   From 2014 offering these services from her own clinic.
